Vanguard Group - Messed up transfers twice
I still have not received satisfactory resolution regarding the errors of transferring money from td to Vanguard. First they did not properly transfer to my Roth IRA, instead of transferring FROM TD ameritrade, they transferred TO them.
I even contacted them as soon as I found out and they said it was cancelled but it wasn't. My money over $250,000 was stuck in limbo for a month. Then I tried to transfer from TD into my son's 529. I contacted my flagship advisor, Michael Hinze, to make sure this was done correctly, and again they submitted the wrong form and they did not transfer my son's 529 account which I did not realize until over a month as I was assured everything was fine by several phone calls.
I called and was on hold for over an hour requesting to speak to a supervisor and told one would call back immediately. After several phone calls the supervisor refused to take responsibility for their errors and I still have not received any response from my Flagship advisor.
Today I got a letter stating they are cancelling my flagship services. I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving from Vanguard.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I have been waiting for my Vanguard Tax return forms, promised by Vanguard to be in my mail by the end of February, and I have gotten nothing! Worst yet, I am getting pre-printed e-mails to call numbers that don't exist, long wait to answer calls - and calls drop offs, and I am getting nowhere.
Vanguard has become a behemoth and its services have become a a bog!!! Worse yet, the Internal Revenue Service does not have a Complaints Unit against Wall Street delinquent giants.
